McGowan Home & Co. LLC plans to be a general contracting firm focused on the construction, renovation, and management of residential and commercial building projects within the state of North Carolina.

Our scope will include new single-family residential construction, single and multi-unit residential improvements, and commercial interior build-outs and renovations.

We intend to provide full-service project oversight, from site preparation and structural framing to interior finishes, ensuring compliance with all North Carolina Building Codes and safety regulations.
